malam malam ini terasa terang seperti aurora,,, sang markerius selalu mengintip diantara bulan yang nampak malu membiaskan cahaya nya,,, titik focus ku selalu diperbesar dan nyata saat mengigat indah yang terjadi bersamamu,,,cinta ini mungkin terhalang jarak dsn waktu namun semua itu aku tak mungkin menengelamkan diri untuj hanyut dalam realita seperti ini,,, engkau lah dewi bintang siruis yang berada di rasi  Canis Major yang membelah hampir saja memberhentikan erirositku,,namun sepertinya kaku untuk bergerak layaknya terkena syndrome maningitis,,jaringan sklerenkim dan kolenkim ku kuat tuk menghadang segala bias fatomorgana yang terjadi kedepan,, klise atau faktual ku janjikan keindahan dalam hidup yang terakstekture seperti pisa di italia kokoh walau di gerus oleh pertukaran perode,, kini sudah berjalan diantara labirin sebuah kenyataan yang haru sdihadapai menyikap segala keraguan untuk mencari pembenaran kuat arus cinta harus seimbang  dengan adanya hambatan dan tegangan yang terjadi.

0 kurikulum 2013 galau

Setelah membaca dokumen
kurikulum 2013 , mengikuti
seminarnya, dan merenung
sedalam-dalamnya, maka saya
ucapkan, "Bismillah", dan
memberanikan diri untuk menolak
kurikulum 2013. Mengapa saya
sebagai seorang guru menolak
kurikulum baru? Sebab kurikulum
baru itu tidak menjawab
permasalahan pendidikan yang ada
di bumi Indonesia. Anda boleh tak
setuju dengan saya, dan boleh juga
sepakat. mari kita beragumentasi
dengan akal sehat.
Rendahnya Kualitas Guru
Masalah rendahnya kualitas guru,
seharusnya bukan dijawab dengan
pergantian kurikulum baru.
Semestinya pemerintah
menjawabnya dengan pelatihan-
pelatihan efektif yang mampu
meningkatkan kualitas guru.
Pendidik kita banyak yang belum
mengikuti pelatihan untuk
meningkatkan profesionalitasnya.
Bahkan ada guru PNS di daerah
yang puluhan tahun belum
mendapatkan pelatihan guru dari
pemerintah. Itulah fakta yang dapat
dilihat dengan kasat mata.
Rendahnya nilai anak-anak
Indonesia berdasarkan hasil
penelitian TIMSS 2011 dan PISA
secara internasional belum bisa
dijadikan alasan untuk pergantian
kurikulum. Sebab rendahnya nilai
itu, karena kita belum memiliki
guru-guru yang berkualitas. Kalau
saja pemerintah fokus dalam
pelatihan guru, niscaya nilai-nilai
itu akan terangkat dengan
sendirinya. Sebab pada dasarnya,
anak Indonesia adalah anak-anak
yang cerdas. Perlu guru yang
cerdas pula untuk mengajari
mereka. Cara mengajar guru itu
kuncinya.
Kurikulum sudah seringkali
berubah, namun ternyata tidak
memecahkan masalah. Mengapa
kita tak pernah belajar dari
sejarah? Selalu melakukan hal yang
sama, dan terperosok dalam lubang
yang sama? Kasihan para peserta
didik kita. Mereka hanya menjadi
kelinci percobaan kaum penguasa.
Mereka dijadikan "trial and error"
dari sebuah penelitian kebijakan
yang berbasis proyek. Pantas saja
pendidikan menjadi mahal di negeri
ini. Si miskin menjadi sulit
mendapatkan pendidikan yang baik.
Rusak sudah bangsa ini (RSBI).
Ganti menteri, ganti kurikulum.
Pak Mendikbud Muhammad Nuh
selalu bilang, "di Kurikulum baru,
guru tak perlu lagi bikin silabus".
Sungguh sebuah pembodohan yang
terstrukturisasi. Guru hanya
diminta untuk menjadi makhluk
penurut dan memenuhi keinginan
sang penguasa. Guru tak menjadi
lagi orang yang merdeka, dan
memiliki kepekaan terhadap
lingkungan sekitarnya.
Tolak Kurikulum 2013
Kini saatnya guru bersatu untuk
menolak kurikulum baru. Jangan
mau lagi guru dibodohi oleh sang
penguasa. Kita harus mampu
berpikir kritis, dan bukan hanya
memikirkan diri sendiri. Nasib
bangsa ini terletak di tangan guru.
Bila gurunya kritis, dan mampu
berpikir jernih, maka sang
penguasa tak akan mampu berbuat
apa-apa. Demokrasi terletak
ditangan rakyat, dan pendidikan
yang baik terletak di tangan guru
tangguh berhati cahaya .
Mengapa guru harus menolak
kurikulum 2013? Sebab kurikulum
ini syarat dengan kepentingan
politik. Kurikulum itu terlalu
dipaksakan dan belum tentu
mampu menjawab persoalan
pendidikan yang ada saat ini. Guru-
guru malah dibuat bingung dengan
kurikulum baru. Seminar dan
bedah kurikulum 2013 digelar di
berbagai tempat, namun hasilnya
belum cukup memuaskan semua
pihak. Bila anda ingin melihat

Kurikulum 2013 ditelanjangi di
Institut Teknologi Bandung
(ITB). Sebuah perguruan tinggi
bergengsi di Indonesia. Banyak
pakar pendidikan bicara,
menuliskan opininya, dan
pemerintah seperti tuli. Tak mau
mendengarkan, dan terlalu
memaksakan kehendaknya sendiri.
Selama ini begitu banyak masukan
dan pertimbangan dari para kritisi,
praktisi di lapangan, kaum
cendekiawan, dan akademisi
menyikapi permasalahan bangsa
ini, selalu saja mentok ketika
berhadapan dengan politik
pengambil kebijakan. Setiap solusi
dan terobosan yang bisa terasa
langsung di lapangan hampir tak
pernah mulus terterima atau bisa
diimplementasikan sesegera
gagasan itu muncul.
Pemerintah terlalu yakin kurikulum
2013 adalah obat yang sangat
mujarab untuk menyembuhkan
penyakit pendidikan kita.
Kurikulum 2013 adalah kurikulum
berbasis kompetensi yang pernah
digagas dalam Rintisan Kurikulum
Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK) 2004,
tetapi belum terselesaikan karena
desakan untuk segera
mengimplementasikan Kurikulum
Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan 2006
(kompas, kurikulum 2013). Lalu
pertanyaannya, ada apa dengan
KBK?
Saran saya, karena banyaknya
penolakan pemberlakuan kurikulum
2013, sebaiknya kurikulum ini
ditunda dulu pelaksanaannya. Dari
sisi persiapannya saja, masih
terlihat tergesa-gesa. Meski
pemerintah selalu membantahnya
di media. Ingatlah pesan orang
bijak! Sesuatu yang tergesa-gesa itu
akan berdampak buruk. "al'ajalu
minassyaithon", tergesa-gesa itu
sebagian dari kebiasaan syetan.
Pikirkanlah yang matang dan mari
kita terima masukan dan kritikan
dengan lapang dada.
Uji publik yang dilakukan oleh
pemerintah seharusnya dapat
menjawab kegalauan para guru.
Namun sayang, uji publik yang
digelar itu, hanya mampu dipahami
oleh pemerintah dan belum
dipahami sepenuhnya oleh para
guru di sekolah. Lagi-lagi guru
hanya sebagai obyek penderita saja.
Kapan ya guru menjadi subyek?
Guru akan menjadi subjek bisa
setiap saat, jika ia kreatif
mengubah kurikulum di depan
murid, menjadi segar dan enak
untuk dilahap murid. Guru penentu
di kelas, dan tentu saja tidak ada
hubungannya dengan pemerintah.
Guru Harus Bersatu.
Wahai para guru, bersatulah untuk
menolak kurikulum baru. Kita tolak
kurikulum 2013 bukan karena kita
tak ingin menjadi bangsa yang
maju. Tapi kita ingin pemerintah
melatih terlebih dahulu guru-guru,
menjadi tenaga profesional yang
mampu memperbaiki cara
mengajarnya. Guru harus berubah,
tapi perubahan itu tak harus
dengan mengganti kurikulum baru
yang mengeluarkan biaya sampai
Rp. 2, 49 Trilyun. Lebih baik uang
itu digunakan untuk pelatihan dan
peningkatan mutu guru di seluruh
Indonesia. Penyebaran SDM guru
masih belum merata di bumi
pertiwi.
Dalam SMS sosialisasi kurikulum
2013 dituliskan, anggaran melekat
artinya ada atau tidak ada
kurikulum 2013 anggaran itu tiap
tahun diusulkan dalam anggaran
rutin kemendikbud. Anggaran
melekat sebesar Rp. 1,74 Trilyun
terdiri atas APBN kemdikbud Rp.
991,8 Miliar dan DAK sebesar Rp.
748, 5 Miliar. Anggaran langsung
artinya anggaran murni yang
diusulkan dan didedikasikan karena
adanya kurikulum 2013. Anggaran
langsung Rp. 751, 4 Miliar untuk
persiapan dokumen, penulisan dan
pembuatan buku, uji publik, dan
sosialisasi, pengadaan buku, dan
pelatihan guru. Besarnya anggaran
karena jangkauan dan jumlah
sasaran yang hendak diberikan
pelayanan terhadap kurikulum
2013 begitu besar.
Membaca SMS di atas itu, saya
menjadi geleng-geleng kepala, dan
berharap anggota DPR tak serta
merta menyetujuinya. Sebab jajaran
kemdikbud belum fokus terhadap
dana yang ada, namun sudah
membuat anggaran baru lagi yang
belum jelas manfaatnya untuk
kemajuan pendidikan di Indonesia.
Kita tentu masih ingat buku sekolah
elektronik atau BSE. Buku BSE itu
sudah mengeluarkan biaya yang
tidak sedikit, dan pemerintah telah
membeli buku itu dari penulisnya
yang terdiri dari guru dan dosen.
Kitapun masih ingat bahwa ratusan
buku pengayaan yang dituliskan
oleh para pemenang naskah buku
pengayaan kemendikbud sampai
saat ini belum diterbitkan. Tak jelas
kenapa belum diterbitkan. Kami
yang menjadi salah satu
pemenangnya jelas saja kecewa.
Kini pemerintah akan membuat
buku untuk mendukung kurikulum
baru, bukankah ini merupakan
pemborosan biaya?
Kalau mau jujur, kurikulum 2013
bukanlah jawaban dari peningkatan
kinerja pendidikan melalui
kurikulum, guru, dan lama tinggal
di sekolah. SMS yang menyesatkan
dari sosialisasi kurikulum 2013 ini
jelas dibuat untuk mempengaruhi
pola berpikir publik agar tidak
kritis dengan kekurangan kurikulum
2013. Anggaran dana sebesar Rp.
2,49 Trilyun untuk kurikulum 2013
terdiri atas anggaran melekat dan
anggaran langsung cuma akal-
akalan pemerintah agar dana ini
dapat dicairkan dengan dalih
pendidikan kunci pembangunan
yang pernah dituliskan pak Budiono
di koran Kompas.
Solusi terbaik bangsa ini adalah
menolak dengan tegas kurikulum
2013. Biarkan kurikulum lama
dievaluasi lebih dulu. Mari kita
melihat kelemahan dan
kelebihannya. Lalu kemudian
lakukan uji publik. Jangan hanya
sepihak saja mengatakan bahwa
kurikulum 2006 atau KTSP tidak
bagus dan harus diganti. Segala
sesuatu itu harus dilakukan dengan
cara yang benar dan penelitian
yang tingkat validitasnya tak
diragukan. Transparansi atau
keterbukaan harus dikedepankan
demi menjunjung nilai kejujuran
dan sikap demokratis. Sehingga tak
ada omongan lagi, "ganti menteri,
ganti kurikulum."
Mari kita ucapkan"Bismillah"
bersama-sama buat yang muslim.
Yakinlah dan percaya bahwa
kurikulum 2013 tidak memecahkan
masalah pendidikan. Tetaplah
percaya bahwa perubahan itu pasti
terjadi. Namun percayalah,
perubahan itu bukan harus
merubah kurikulum. Perubahan itu
seharusnya memperbaiki cara
mengajar guru agar mampu
menjadi guru yang berkualitas.
Guru yang mampu melakukan
pembelajaran yang mengundang
sehingga siswa asyik dan
menyenangkan. Guru yang mampu
menjadi mata air bagi peserta
didiknya dari kehausan akan ilmu
pengetahuan. Guru yang mampu
memberikan keteladanan sehingga
ikut meningkatkan keimanan dan
ketakwaan peserta didiknya.
Ingatlah selalu, "Guru yang
berkualitas akan melahirkan
peserta didik yang berkualitas
pula."
